Downtown Burlington's first new hotel in 35 years

The Courtyard by Marriott Burlington Harbor Hotel is part of a larger mixed-use project in downtown Burlington, VT.  Phase One of the hotel contains 127 guestrooms.  Views from the site to Lake Champlain and the Adirondack Mountains beyond are exceptional.  The street-level includes a bar with lake views, restaurant and meeting rooms as well as an indoor swimming pool.

* This project was designed by Truex Cullins Architecture + Interiors, where Israel Smith was Project Manager and had a significant role in the design and execution of the project while employed at the firm.  The design team included William Caligari Interiors, Engineering Ventures - Structural, James Stockman - Lighting, and Civil Engineering Associates.
